When you join via Substack, you’ll get an email every morning Monday – Saturday at 5 AM. It features one exercise, complete with a video demonstration and text tutorial.

I recommend one pair of light dumbbells. Yes, you can even use soup cans. Don’t let not having dumbbells stop you.

It is not a full workout program. Consider this a start point for a more active day. You can always do more, but at least start here.
