Get down! Get up - One Exercise a Day by Kathryn Alexander

It’s time to party: get down, yall!

This get down, get up exercise is simple but beneficial. Your only job here is to get all the way down on the ground, and then get back up.

I suggest not using a mat, because stepping on mats can sometimes be slippery.

Lay all the way down on the ground, pick your hands up, and then stand back up.

You can get up any way you’d like, but try not to use an assist like furniture.

Your goal is 5 here. Take your time with it, and try different ways of standing up.
