Skullcrushers - One Exercise a Day by Kathryn Alexander

Skullcrushers: great for your triceps, totally safe for your skull!

Skullcrushers work triceps, which are at the back of your arms. 

You can do this with one weight held in both hands, or a weight held in each hand. 

How to do skullcrushers: 

  • lay flat holding a weight with arms straight directly over your chest
  • slightly shift your arms so your elbows are over your face
  • bend your elbows, but leave them in place
  • the weight should move close to the top of your head but not on your face
  • squeeze your triceps to return to start position

There ya go! Repeat that for 10-15 reps. You can do it!
