Your first exercise of 2025 is the tempo squat! I love this one!
- press elbows toward each other and keep trunk tight and neutral
- break at the hips to initiate squat
- sit deep into heels, slowly counting for the appropriate tempo
- I want you to count ONE MISSISSIPPI, TWO MISSISSIPPI, etc. Not onetwothreedone.
- squeeze big toe into the ground as you stand
