I hope you feel so balanced today!

Today we are balancing! This might seem elementary, but it’s a good thing to do every once in a while and see where you are with it.

Balance can help in a lot of ways. It’s easy to overlook, but if you don’t have good balance, it becomes really important, really fast. 

Let’s work balance. To do this: 

  • stand somewhere that you can hold on to something if you need for balance
  • establish your balance, and then raise one leg up
  • maintain your balance here for 15-30 seconds
  • this will feel like a long time! 
  • if you feel like this is easy, add some movement to the leg that is off the ground 
  • repeat with the other leg
