Power up your core – and your day – with the windmill!
Welcome to a chilly week! Days like this make me happy we’re doing an inside exercise!
The windmill works your core, glutes and legs. To do the windmill:
- stand with feet wider than hip width
- press one arm up toward the sky
- hinge at the hips and trace your leg with your other arm until you touch your foot or as close as you can
- watch your outstretched hand the whole rep, down and up
