Roll your way into some feel-good mobility here.
Roll ups are a nice easy move that gives you some work on your spine, back, glutes and hamstrings. They shouldn’t be strenuous.
To do roll ups:
- To do these, tuck your chin to your chest and roll down and try to touch your toes.
- Roll your shoulders down, round your back and let your knees bend.
- At the bottom, squeeze your glutes and round up, one vertebra at a time.
- Stand tall, and repeat.
