Curls for your Thursday morning!
Hi there! Today we are doing what many people consider their favorite exercise: biceps curls! These make strong and pretty arms
Today, let’s do 12 reps. To do biceps curls:
- stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
- squeeze your back to secure your shoulders in place
- bend at the elbows and bring the dumbbells in front of you, not moving elbows or shoulders
- forward or back
- squeeze at the top
- control the descent
