That’s right; find yourself a cat or puppy or a small child.
Today’s exercise of the day is an atypical squat. You’ll see that my helper, Inside Cat, is not enthused. I only got about 3 reps with him, so maybe you can find yourself someone a little more willing.
To do this squat, which gives yourself a bit of a different stimulus:
- get a non-standard item like a pet, child, backpack, etc.
- hold it securely but comfortably if it is a live helper
- keep your torso tight and feet flat on the ground
- squat with hips as low as you can and return to your start position
