The standing 1 arm dumbbell overhead press is great for your shoulder, and to an extent, your whole core.
To do the 1 arm dumbbell overhead press:
- stand tall with your abs and glutes engaged
- hold one dumbbell at shoulder level
- tuck your elbow slightly so it is in line with your body and not poking behind you
- press straight overhead until elbow is straight
- return to your start position
