I have been a certified personal trainer for 19 years and I have a masters degree in exercise physiology.
I am a full time personal trainer in Austin, Texas, and I’ve noticed a funny thing in the past few years.
I’ve noticed that people are busy, stressed, and confused about exercise.
When starting exercise, I’ve seen people just get stuck.
Some wanted to do a perfectly planned 60 minute session, or nothing. Others didn’t know what to do at their gym or at home. They weren’t lazy or unwilling; they were just stuck.
One Exercise a Day is my project to help people get unstuck, and just get started.
I want to help you get started.
We’ve all been there: confused, overwhelmed, disappointed, not knowing what steps to take. One Exercise a Day will tell you what to do and how to do it. In less than five minutes per day learn to do one new exercise.
When it’s time for you to progress beyond one exercise a day whether it’s a year or a month, I’ll be so happy to help you. for now, If one exercise a day is a good step for you, let’s take that step.
