A simple exercise for great posture.
To do the bent over rear delt raise:
- Stand holding your lightest dumbbells.
- Move into your hinge position: back straight, and push your hips behind you.
- Knees will be bent and stay that way.
- From here, extend your arms straight except a *tiny* bend in the elbows.
- Raise your arms up until about shoulder level, and control back to your starting position.
- Remember to keep your arms directly out to your sides, not moving back toward your hips.
Do 10 reps. You got this!!
