Arm day!! We’re up for curls today!
- stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
- squeeze your back to secure your shoulders in place
- bend at the elbows and bring the dumbbells in front of you, not moving elbows or shoulders
- forward or back
- squeeze at the top
- control the descent
- don’t let elbows or shoulders wiggle – keep them controlled
