Biceps curls 1-8-2025 One Exercise a day with Kathryn Alexander

Arm day!! We’re up for curls today! 

  • stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
  • squeeze your back to secure your shoulders in place
  • bend at the elbows and bring the dumbbells in front of you, not moving elbows or shoulders
  • forward or back
  • squeeze at the top
  • control the descent
  • don’t let elbows or shoulders wiggle – keep them controlled

There ya have it! Let’s go 10-15.
