Let’s get some arm work in today, with biceps curls.
To do biceps curls:
- stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
- squeeze your back to secure your shoulders in place
- bend at the elbows and bring the dumbbells in front of you, not moving elbows or shoulders
- forward or back
- squeeze at the top
- control the descent
Aim for 10-15 reps per side. Great job!! See you tomorrow!
