Curls for your Thursday morning!

Hi there! Today we are doing what many people consider their favorite exercise: biceps curls! These make strong and pretty arms 💪 

Today, let’s do 12 reps. To do biceps curls:

  • stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
  • squeeze your back to secure your shoulders in place
  • bend at the elbows and bring the dumbbells in front of you, not moving elbows or shoulders 
  • forward or back
  • squeeze at the top
  • control the descent
