bicycle crunch 1-28-2025 One Exercise a Day

Like riding a bicycle, crunches are always second nature 🙂

The bicycle crunch is a great ab and core exercise. To do the bicycle crunch:

  • lay on your back on a mat or rug
  • place your hands by your ears, and knees bent at 90 degrees
  • extend your right leg, and crunch your right shoulder toward your left knee
  • repeat, alternating opposite shoulder toward leg as you crunch

Let’s go 10 per side today. If it’s crazy easy, you can add more. Have fun!
