Like riding a bicycle, crunches are always second nature 🙂
The bicycle crunch is a great ab and core exercise. To do the bicycle crunch:
- lay on your back on a mat or rug
- place your hands by your ears, and knees bent at 90 degrees
- extend your right leg, and crunch your right shoulder toward your left knee
- repeat, alternating opposite shoulder toward leg as you crunch
