Crunches! Today we are doing crunches!
First, get a towel or a mat. You’ll lay flat on your back and look up toward the ceiling. As you squeeze your abs, think about moving your ribcage down toward your hip bones.
Crunch, then extend all the way back down. Crunch, stretch. Crunch, stretch.
Remember these aren’t full sit ups.
We’re gonna be crazy and go 15 here! BREATHE and rest if you need! Pick up again and finish 15 when you can.
