Hitting you with a little combo move today!
We’re going to do a dumbbell biceps curl that rolls into an overhead press today. To do this:
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended by your sides
- Keeping your shoulders and elbows where they are, bend at the elbow to curl the dumbbells
- From there, press the dumbbells straight overhead
- At this point, your palms can be facing forward or facing each other
- Return to your start position and repeat for 10-12 reps.
There you have it: you’ve worked biceps and shoulders in one combination move. A great start to your day! See you tomorrow!
