Hi there, and welcome back! Day 2 of the New Year! 🙂 Your exercise for today is the dumbbell row.
Hi there, and welcome back! Day 2 of the New Year! 🙂 We are going to do rows again, which are a staple in resistance training.
How to do dumbbell rows:
- First, stand tall, and straighten your back: no arch or bend. You’ll keep this neutral position on the whole time.
- Shift your hips back with your knees slightly bent, to allow your back to stay straight.
- Let the dumbbells move toward the ground, letting your shoulders stretch downward.
- Now pull your shoulders back, squeezing your shoulder blades toward your spine, then bend the elbows.
- Think about this squeeze! Pay attention to your back.
- Now, extend the elbows, then let your shoulders stretch toward the ground again.
You can do it! Message me if you have questions!
