Today’s exercise of the day is the standing dumbbell overhead press. Yall, I love these! You’ll do 10-12 reps here.
Stand with your good posture on, and press the dumbbells all the way overhead.
You’ll press in the shape of a Christmas tree, but don’t knock the dumbbells together at the top. Stop when your arms are straight and the dumbbells are right over your shoulders.
Bring them back down, keeping them on the same plane as your ears, not way out in front of your face.
Think: torso tight, elbow bend, elbow straight. Do 10-12 reps here.
