Get your march on!
The farmer’s carry march is a great exercise for grip, trunk, and if done enough, or heavy enough, conditioning.
To do farmer’s carry marches:
- standing holding two dumbbells
- keep good posture
- march in place
- if you need to hold on for balance, please do
- you can hold just one weight at a time if you want to hold on for balance
Do this for a minute, 3 minutes, a set of tv commercials, whatever feels good for today. If you’re able, challenge yourself a bit. You can do it!!
