Start your day with this relaxing move.

The forward fold is an easy stretch to begin your day and week.

To do the forward fold:

  • roll forward, bending your knees slightly, and rounding your back
  • exhale and relax into this position
  • hold for a few seconds
  • stand all the way back up

Do a few reps here, breathing and thinking happy thoughts as you move through the reps. K, that’s it. You did it 🙂
