Pullovers 1-8-2025 One Exercise a day with Kathryn Alexander

Pullovers are so great for your whole upper body! They work chest, back, arms, shoulders, abs. 

Grab a light dumbbell here and let’s goooo!

  • lay flat on ground or bench
  • press your shoulders down toward your hip pockets and keep them there for the duration of this exercise
  • make a big arc over your head with the weight
  • keep elbows soft and ribcage up
  • press your arms back until your hands are over your face, not farther toward bellybutton
  • repeat for 10-12 reps
