Grab a light dumbbell here and let’s goooo!
- lay flat on ground or bench
- press your shoulders down toward your hip pockets and keep them there for the duration of this exercise
- make a big arc over your head with the weight
- keep elbows soft and ribcage up
- press your arms back until your hands are over your face, not farther toward bellybutton
- repeat for 10-12 reps
