Today’s exercise is pushups! There’s a version for you!
The hardest set up we will cover today will be from your hands to your feet; a full pushup.
If this is too challenging, do these from your knees.
Either way you do them, the goal is to be a straight line from your shoulders to your touch point on the ground (feet or knees).
Position your hands a bit wider than shoulder width, and under your chest, NOT your face. When your hands are set up under your face, you’re really making it hard on yourself!
- Squeeze your glutes, legs and abs!
- Reach with your chest not your chin!
- Don’t let your hips sag or pike!
