Roll ups 1-6-2025 One Exercise a Day by Kathryn Alexander

These are easy and feel so great!

We’re going to do 10 roll ups today. 

  • To do these, tuck your chin to your chest and roll down and try to touch your toes. 
  • Roll your shoulders down, round your back and let your knees bend.
  • At the bottom, squeeze your glutes and round up, one vertebra at a time. 
  • Stand tall, and repeat. Do 10 today.
