These are easy and feel so great!
We’re going to do 10 roll ups today.
- To do these, tuck your chin to your chest and roll down and try to touch your toes.
- Roll your shoulders down, round your back and let your knees bend.
- At the bottom, squeeze your glutes and round up, one vertebra at a time.
- Stand tall, and repeat. Do 10 today.
