Merry Christmas! Let’s celebrate with shrugs 🙂

Shrugs are fun and today, they’ll be easy. Perfect pace for some light Christmas work.

  • Stand tall with good posture, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Shrug your shoulders up straight toward your ears, and then put your arms back down to your start position.
  • Don’t do a roll backwards here; just move your shoulders up and down.
  • Do 15-20 here; you can probably do more, and heavier, than you think!
