To do standing hip flexion:
- Stand tall with both legs on the ground
- Hold on for balance if you need!
- Standing on your left leg, bring your right knee up to about hip level
- Do 10 reps
- Repeat on the other side for 10 reps
Note that this won’t feel grueling or exhausting, but it’s great hip flexor and foot work.
