Toe touches - One Exercise a Day by Kathryn Alexander

The toe touch is an easy ab workout, but it adds up! 

To do toe touches:

  • Lay on your back with legs straight in the air. A bend in your knees is fine. 
  • Reach for your left toes with your right hand. 
  • Roll back down, then reach for your right toes with your left hand. 
  • Continue alternating toe touches until you have done 10 on each side. 
  • Try to actually touch your toes, even if you have to bring your toes toward you as you reach.

These are like little mini crunches.

For a bonus, rest, breathe, and relax for a couple minutes after you do your toe touches.
