The toe touch is an easy ab workout, but it adds up!
To do toe touches:
- Lay on your back with legs straight in the air. A bend in your knees is fine.
- Reach for your left toes with your right hand.
- Roll back down, then reach for your right toes with your left hand.
- Continue alternating toe touches until you have done 10 on each side.
- Try to actually touch your toes, even if you have to bring your toes toward you as you reach.
These are like little mini crunches.
For a bonus, rest, breathe, and relax for a couple minutes after you do your toe touches.
