Let’s work arms today!

Triceps, the muscles on the back of your arms, make up the majority of your upper arm muscles. Let’s work them today! To do triceps extensions:

  • stand tall with abs and glutes engaged
  • extend your arms overhead 
  • keep your elbows tucked, not flaring out
  • bend at the elbows, then straight to return to your start position

Let’s do 10-15 reps today. You can do it! You might even experiment with different weight dumbbells if you have them available. Try it out!
