Let’s Squat!

You can choose to hold a weight or not.

  • Stand on flat feet, with pressure all through the foot.
  • Bend at the hips and knees, until your hips are about knee level.
  • From there, drive back up.
  • Back stays straight/neutral the whole time. No twerking.

Count to 10+. Your choice if you want to get wild and do more than 10.
