The standing dumbbell overhead press is a fantastic way to practice catching beads, coconuts, footballs, whatever you want to catch!

To do the standing dumbbell overhead press:

  • -stand tall with your abs and glutes engaged
  • -hold the dumbbells at shoulder level
  • -tuck your elbows slightly so they are in line with your body and not poking behind you
  • -press straight overhead until elbows are straight
  • -stop before weights touch at the top
  • give me 10-15 of these today
