Catch you some beads, babe!
The standing dumbbell overhead press is a fantastic way to practice catching beads, coconuts, footballs, whatever you want to catch!
Enjoy the parades, and practice your catches!
To do the standing dumbbell overhead press:
- -stand tall with your abs and glutes engaged
- -hold the dumbbells at shoulder level
- -tuck your elbows slightly so they are in line with your body and not poking behind you
- -press straight overhead until elbows are straight
- -stop before weights touch at the top
- give me 10-15 of these today
