Shoulder day! Work those delts.
Strong shoulders look good and feel good. To work your shoulders, let’s do a front raise today.
To do the front raise:
- with a dumbbell in each hand, or holding on to a weight with both hands, raise your arms straight in front of you
- in this video I am using a Bala ring but you can use any weight.
- control the movement back down to your starting position
- minimize rocking forward and backward
Do 10-15 reps here.
