These are GREAT for your back and glutes!
To do the Romanian deadlift with dumbbells:
- stand tall with dumbbells in front of you
- hold the dumbbells close to your body for the duration of the exercise
- keep your back straight and neutral
- push your hips behind you with knees soft
- at the bottom of the movement, push your hips forward (squeeze glutes) until you are standing tall again
Do 10 reps here today.
