Little ab and a little stretch? Yes please!

To do side bends:

  • Hold a dumbbell in ONE hand at your side.
  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
  • Slowly bend your torso to the side with the dumbbell
  • Feel a stretch along the side of your body.
  • Return to an upright position.

Do about 10 per side today. And enjoy your day 🙂
