Little ab and a little stretch? Yes please!
To do side bends:
- Hold a dumbbell in ONE hand at your side.
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Slowly bend your torso to the side with the dumbbell
- Feel a stretch along the side of your body.
- Return to an upright position.
Do about 10 per side today. And enjoy your day 🙂
