Work those arms!
Triceps kickbacks are a fantastic exercise for working your upper arm. Triceps make a majority of the music mass in your upper arms, so let’s work ’em!
To do triceps kickbacks:
- hinge over with hips behind you and back straight
- pull elbows toward ceiling so upper arm is parallel to the ground
- straighten your elbow and squeeze hard at the top
- control the weight back to your start position, wrists under your elbow
Do 10-12 here today.
