Bench dips with Kathryn Alexander, personal trainer and creator of One Exercise a Day

A little triceps work for you today!

Triceps muscles make the majority of upper arm mass. If you want strong and tight arms, add these in your rotation.

To do triceps dips:

  • set up on a sturdy bench or chair
  • place your hands behind you, and scoot your hips off the bench so you are supporting yourself with hands and feet
  • keep hips close to the bench
  • bend the elbows to allow hips close to the ground
  • straighten the elbows to press back up

Do 10-15 reps here.
