Grab your dumbbells and let’s work shoulders!
The shoulders are made of several heads of the muscle, including the anterior delt, or front shoulder. The front raise works the front shoulder 🙂
To do the front raise:
- with a dumbbell in each hand, raise your arms straight in front of you
- palms will be facing down
- control the movement both ways and minimize rocking forward and backward
Do 10-15 reps here with your light dumbbells.
