Let’s wrap up the week with some shoulders!
Lateral raises may be my favorites! I love these so much. They are easy to make effective with very light equipment, and you can do them anywhere.
To do lateral raises:
- stand tall
- keep your arms straight but not locked
- reach for the sides of the room as you bring the dumbbells to shoulder level
- control the return to the start position
Do 10-15 here today.
