Fun* way to get more work in squats! *Well, I think they’re fun
To do the one and a half squat:
- Set up like a regular squat.
- Feet flat on the ground
- Torso engaged, but you don’t have to hard brace unless its very heavy
- Bend at the hips and knees to squat
- Stand HALFWAY back up
- Squat all the way back down again
- Now, stand all the way up.
That is one rep.
Let’s get crazy and go 8 reps today!! You can do this!
