One and a half squats with Kathryn Alexander One Exercise a Day

Fun* way to get more work in squats! *Well, I think they’re fun

To do the one and a half squat:

  • Set up like a regular squat.
  • Feet flat on the ground
  • Torso engaged, but you don’t have to hard brace unless its very heavy
  • Bend at the hips and knees to squat
  • Stand HALFWAY back up
  • Squat all the way back down again
  • Now, stand all the way up.

That is one rep.
